Grievance Redressal Process
If you have a query, issue, or complaint regarding your trading/demat account, follow our 3-step escalation pathway:
Direct Broker Resolution
Send an email detailing your query to our grievance desk at irfan_regent@yahoo.com or shri_vsb@yahoo.in. Alternatively, call our office at 0771-4059071. Most queries are resolved within 48 business hours.
Escalate to Compliance Officer
If the resolution does not satisfy you, escalate to our Compliance Officer: Ms. Prashita Sheolikar (Email: prashitasheolikar83@gmail.com, Tel: 9522240016).
File Complaint on SEBI SCORES
If the complaint remains unresolved, you can file it directly on SEBI's SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redress System) portal. SCORES facilitates tracking, reporting, and systematic monitoring of grievances by SEBI.
